Hi, Dear Dr. Li:
I am glad to read your paper. However, According my opinion and my discovery, you are too young, or say, your training is far away from enough. I leave some words here. It is only for more Chinese to know and enjoy the history of chronic pain research and enjoy the first one of historical biomedical discovery from Chinese in the thirty years, and the best start for China!
I work in HMS (The Harvard Medical School) and I will give more words in my blog some day. There is a Mitchell's book "The injuries of nerves and their consequences" (1872) on my hand and belonging to me.(I have prepared second original one for donating to the Beijing University, if only the president of BU and/or his professors can understand the history and new discovery of chronic pain.) Have your read his book one hundred times as I did?
Best wish and Sincerely!
Richard Qian. MD. 9/5-2012
