什么是QTL
Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) are essentially a statistical creation that identifies a particular region of the genome as containing one or more genes, and that region is associated with the trait being measured. A QTL is shown as an interval across a chromosome where the probability of association is plotted for each marker used in the mapping experiment.
The Gramene QTL database includes QTL identified for numerous agronomic traits in rice, maize, barley, oat, sorghum, pearl millet, foxtail millet and wild rice. The emphasis is on presenting QTLs with both information on associated traits and a mapped locus on a genetic map.
不过这个地址给的表好象内容是不全的,因为这个表只有5列,分别为:qtl_accession_id qtl_name chromosome start end.按http://docs.gramene.org/QTL_Load_File_Format这个数据不全.
QTL统计信息:ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/release33/data/statistics/,其中release33是版本号,如果版本更新这个数据会发生变化
目前关于QTL的统计信息
qtl_statistics,这个文件可以用EXCEL打开
