十年前人的基因组被测序的时候，大家认为基因组时代的到来，今天大家同样认为是基因组时代的到来，但是真正解决的问题在哪，研究的出发点在哪，貌似还是迷糊，下一个十年又是什么样的情况呢？今天的布局能不能赢下一个十年？科学同样也有赌博的味道，为了下一个十年能赶在前面，现在就要出发。

今天虽然是愚人节，我想NATURE应该不会把人类基因组作为愚人的节目，把全世界又娱乐下。不过十年前人类基因组测序到有点愚人的味道，就现在看来。十年后呢？
