EPA文件的查找

先从一个同学提出想找1990年的一篇Federal Register上的文件开始。在帮她检索的过程中，碰到了不少好的网址，特向大家推荐。
The Federal Register is the daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal Agencies.The Federal Register Site contains the full-text of selected Federal Register documents that deal with environmentally-related issues. Each document has a FRL number which is a unique number assigned to each document published. 但原信息源提供的1994年之前的文件查找的链接，我一直都打不开，于是开始了继续检索之路。
2、 http://www.ehso.com Environment, Health and Safety Online, the site for free, objective information you can use! Latest EPA, OSHA, and DOT news!
特别是http://www.ehso.com/contents.php ，页面内容较多，打开网页时间稍长点，但分类非常清楚，按照字母顺序排列，也便于查找和浏览。对于一些专题，不仅内容详细，能下载有关文件，还有专题相关的FAQ。
3、 http://nepis.epa.gov/EPA/html/Pubs/pubtitleOther.htm 这个网址是我最终找到需要的文件的地方（感谢GOOGLE，一下就找到这个地方）。由于内容很多，网址打开的时间更长些，但资源那个丰富啊！饶有兴致研究起来，发现它的上级网址http://nepis.epa.gov/EPA/html/Pubs/ ，包括各种分类内容，再一级级上翻到http://nepis.epa.gov/EPA/ ，恍然大悟，这是NSCEP（National Service Center for Environmental Publications），这个是我曾经在所里培训时提到过的一个检索EPA文件的地方（http://www.epa.gov/nscep/），真是有点汗。这里可以分年代查找2006 – 2010，2000 – 2005，1995 – 1999，1 991 – 1994，1986 – 1990，1981 – 1985，1976 – 1980，prior to 1976，hardcopy publications。
其相对应的常用EPA文件检索网址http://www.epa.gov/nscep/ 是NSCEP/NEPIS - EPA's Gateway to Free Digital & Paper Publications，可以进行简单检索、高级检索、分类检索，可以在线浏览。
