两个基因变异与子宫内膜异位症相关

　    由英国、澳大利亚和美国研究人员组成的一国际研究小组进行了一项全基因组关联研究(GWAS)，对来自三国的约5500名子宫内膜异位症患者和近万名健康志愿者的基因数据进行比较。他们发现，两个基因变异与子宫内膜异位症的发病率明显相关。第一个变异存在于7号染色体上，该染色体被认为与子宫及其内膜发育有关；第二个变异则在1号染色体上，与WNT4基因相近。

　　该项研究首席研究员、牛津大学的克里娜·桑德瓦博士指出，虽然科学家们知道子宫内膜异位症是可以遗传的，但此前尚未找到任何会明显影响该病发病率的变异基因，新发现则提供了一个强有力的证据，证明了基因变异会使一些妇女更容易罹患子宫内膜异位症，这是一个重大突破。
