Sleep is important in our life, We are busy for a whole day,then sleep
can recover our exhausted body and regain new power. If we sleep
regularly every day,we are full of energy. However,if we fail to sleep
enough,we'll get sleepy or be worn out in critical circumstances.
New born babies sleep 20 hours every day.Children of 7-year-old should
have 9-10 hours to sleep,and teenagers,8 hours at least per day. But
most of the students,especially students in high school, usually can't
get enough sleep, as they have too many assignments to do. In order to
be enrolled in a university of high reputation,they usually stay up
until midnight. Few of them can continue their sleeping until they wake
up naturally.In fact,nearly all of them are waken up from deep dream by
alarm clock or their parents.Some students have to see a doctor because
they can't get to sleep. What miserable life they endure!Insufficient
sleep will do harm to their health.
More and more people are conscious of the importance of sleep.In fact,
people can work more efficiently in well condition than bad state. As
the saying goes, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.So, enough
free time should be left for everyone to sleep,although a reasonable
amount of work is necessary.
It is my opinion that nowadays there is too much pressure on people.
Spending too much one's time with work or study is not the ideal way to
acquire a happy life. Lacking sleep is bound to damage people's health,
and at the same time make them be tired of what they are doing. So,
making the most of the time,and having adequate sleep, I'm sure you will
have a happier and brighter life.
睡眠对于我们的生活很重要,我们劳累了一天,睡眠可以使疲乏的身体得以恢复,
再次获得新的力量。如果我们能够每天有规律地睡眠,我们就能够精力充沛。但是,
如果我们睡眠不充足,我们就会变得昏昏欲睡,或在紧张情况下精疲力竭。
新生儿每天需要睡眠20小时;7岁儿童每天应该睡眠9-10个小时;青少年每天至少
要睡8个小时。但是,大多数学生,尤其是高中学生,经常难以睡足,因为他们有太多
的作业要做。为了被录取到名牌大学,学生们常常熬到深夜。几乎没有学生能够持续睡
到自然醒。实际上,几乎所有的学生都是在深深的睡梦中被闹钟或父母叫醒的。有些学
生由于失眠不得不去看医生。他们的日子真是糟糕透了!缺乏睡眠会伤害他们的健康。
越来越多的人们意识到睡眠的重要性。事实上,良好的身体状态能使人们工作效
而每个人都拥有足够的自由时间睡觉也是应该的。
我认为目前人们有着太大的压力,花费个人过多的时间去工作或学习都不是追求
幸福生活的理想方式。缺乏睡眠必然导致对健康的损害,同时,也使人们由于精力不足
而厌烦自己的学习或工作。所以,充分利用好时间,尽量睡足,我相信你会过上更加
幸福明快的日子。
