生物活性:醛固酮是主要的盐皮质激素。醛固酮是一种类固醇激素,由肾上腺皮质的球状带 (ZG) 响应肾素-血管紧张素系统激活 (RAS) 或高钾饮食而合成和分泌。醛固酮活性取决于细胞质/核盐皮质激素受体 (MR) 在细胞水平上的结合和激活[1][2]

体外:醛固酮(1-1000 nM;24 小时)以剂量依赖性方式抑制血管平滑肌细胞白细胞介素-1β 刺激的亚硝酸盐生成[3]

体内:醛固酮(1 mg/Kg+1% NaCl;ih;每天一次,持续 3 周)显着增加收缩压 (SBP)、舒张压 (DBP)、左心室收缩压 (LVSP) 和左心室舒张末压 ( LVEDP)[4]。醛固酮(0.72 mg/kg/天;14 天)导致雄性小鼠血压小幅升高(14 mmHg)[5]< /sup>。
